BML were selected by Leeds City Council to develop a branding campaign as part of the national Dying Matters initiative, which aims to make people more comfortable talking about death. This year’s theme is ‘The Big Conversation’, which aims to get people talking about topics such as funeral wishes, end-of-life plans and organ donation.
Bold colours and straight-talking headlines were developed which aim to act as conversation starters, encouraging people to start thinking ahead.
A wide variety of creative outputs were required including bus advertising, posters, roller banners and promotional items.
