Important information relating to purchases through the BML Charity Print Shop.
All online payments are taken securely through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
All BML prints are supplied card backed with a cellophane wrapper, then packaged flat into a shallow canvas box for secure delivery.
We offer 2 options for delivery:
Whilst we make every effort to ensure goods are delivered as promptly as possible, we do not offer any guarantees that your item will arrive by a specific date. At busy periods (ie. Christmas), your delivery may experience additional delays.
Delivery charges apply to the entire order and are not payable per item.
All BML prints are printed to order via the good folk at Square Studios in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. If you would like to arrange pickup from them during normal working hours, then please contact them on 01423 547166 to arrange a suitable time for collection. Please have your order reference number to hand when calling. Please note, no prints are held in stock at either Square Studios or the BML studio in Leeds.
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, no problem! You can return your item within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product (minus the cost of delivery).
Cost of delivery is the total amount paid by you for shipment of the goods to your designated shipping address.
To return an item please notify us of your intention to return the items by emailing email@example.com. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number number. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Items must be received in the original condition they were received otherwise a refund may not be issued. You are therefore advised to pack items in suitable manner (such as the original packaging).
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in the body of the email: your order number and item code, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 14 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item including the cost of delivery.
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. Except in the case of Photo Returns, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
All post-tax profits raised from the sale of artwork via the BML Charity Print Shop are donated to deserving local charities. Please refer to our blog for details of which charity we are currently supporting. Charities we support are changed on a regular basis and are chosen by committee. We regret that we cannot support every organisation. However, if you are a Leeds or West Yorkshire based charity and would like to be considered for donation, then please get in touch.
